Pre sales service:
1. Professional technical support engineers will provide you with consultation and introduction on the product's functions, application environment, and other related information;
2. Collect customer demand information and provide customers with various practical and feasible solutions for reference and selection;
3. Design of scheme renderings
In sales service:
1. Installation site investigation, based on the actual situation on site, we can make appropriate adjustments to the plan;
2. Onsite installation and debugging services;
3. Training on product application functions and operating methods;
4. After the system runs normally, the project is accepted and an acceptance report is issued to the customer.
After sales service:

Product Warranty
The complete machine warranty is one to three years (based on the sales agreement), including all software and hardware products; Product lifetime maintenance service (signing a maintenance agreement after the warranty period);
Note: All faults and damages caused by human damage, accidental damage, and illegal operations are not covered by the warranty. After the equipment warranty period, provide paid equipment maintenance services, charge component fees as appropriate, and waive maintenance fees.
